-The Differential Shaft Control System allows operators to enter setpoints to control rewind roll quality. This system is designed to control rewind roll tension during build of roll by modifying differential rewind shaft air pressure using operator settings and machine feedback.

- The Rewind Drive Upgrade is designed to replace one motor machine systems.  This system allows the rewind section to be controlled independently from the main machine.  Accurate speed and torque control of the rewind section is then possible.

- The Rewind / Layon Arm Counterbalance & Nip System allows operators set starting nip PLI and taper.  This system calculates deadweight and liveweight allowing rewind arms or layon arms provide accurate / consistant nip pressure.

- The Rider Roll  control system allows operators to set the rider roll nip and nip taper via the easy to use operator interface.  As soon the the machine starts up, the system calculates the actual rewind diameter and automatically adjusts the nip / relief without any further operator adjustments.

- The Load Cell Tension System is matched to your specific machine and product needs.  This system is designed to keep the actual web tension matched to the operators set-point tension throughout the run.

- When load cells are not the answer, the Electronic Dancer Control system adds electronic controls to your existing dancer.  Giving your mechanical dancer the response time of a load cell system and the benefits of a dancer system.

- The Automatic Stop System allows operators to set the desired rewind roll diameter or footage.  The system monitors the diameter and footage while the machine is running.  The machine will automatically stop when the target diameter or footage is reached.

- The Remote Speed Control system allows the operator to be next to the unwinding roll to insure efficient slow down and stop functions.  By monitoring splices, defects, and end of roll operators can save material.   The operator is able to control speed from the front or rear of the machine.
